![]() I tried deleting the rule and re-adding it, but the result was the same. Seems like the problem is that the Move Messages rule is not executing when it should. The only way to fix this is to reset all of SpamSieve’s training: Quit SpamSieve and your mail program. Message > Rules > Apply > SpamSieve - Move Messages moves the message to the Junk mail folder, as it should. Not correcting all the mistakes will cause SpamSieve to learn incorrect information, which will reduce the filtering accuracy. Email messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days. No rules in Outlook’s Mailing List Manager. If you notice that multiple email messages are being delayed, bounced, or not delivered, contact iCloud Support. For other mail clients, move the message from the Junk folder to the inbox.Or just drag the message to the Inbox in the sidebar. Prior to using SpamSieve I had a rule that move all incoming messages from the Inbox to a folder in another account (Exchange account).
